Has anyone seen stronger than 8 inHg step up springs? I'm pulling about 18 inches at idle and when I stomp it to wot, I get the slightest lean dip. Looking to see if I transfer to the power mode a little sooner will help. I've already tightened the air valve to the max recommended abs it helped a lot. Thank you.

Can the accelerator pump be adjusted to help?

Top hole using 43 squirter. It did improve it , just no more adjustment left.

Are you using a vacuum advance?

Could you slightly stretch them some?

I didn't think of stretching, but have thought about using the spring from a click pen. I read on here that the pink was actually the strongest when someone measured them.

Have you tried it on manifold vacuum?

I haven't, easy enough to give a quick try. Will I need to readjust my idle screws move, or just the idle speed when on manifold?

Gave full vacuum a try and it didn't fix it. Feels the same as ported. That being said it is the tiniest little dip, maybe I'm being too critical. I will still try finding a stronger spring to give it a whirl.

Yes I do. Currently running the silver 8inhg spring since I pull 17 inhg at idle.
