  2. Some very nice cars there to say the least. Is that blue Ford a ‘57 with quad headlights or a ‘58? Looks like a mild chop on it also. Very subtle and very clean. Love it.

If memory serves, it was for sale a while back. I studied that car intensely.

Seaburst was built in the PNW and I took photos of it at events a number of times over the years. Luckily it never changed much from it's original build. One of my all time favorite customs.
Checking again I must have taken the photos in 2009 as that is where I found the photos and the showboard with the history is in one of them Car is in two places in the album with a few photos in each spot as I did a second walk around. I'm thinking that I first saw it in 1960/62 time frame at either one of the Seattle shows or the Tacoma show in the Armory. Photobucket

Boy howdy though there were some great cars along some very interesting cars at that event.

  8. I believe I was parked next to Seaburst on the Sunday cruise after the 2018 Lone Star Roundup.

I am the current caretaker of Seaburst. It was always the shade of blue green as seen today. One magazine called it Hunter green, named after the original builder Von Hunter. I am still compiling pictures and history information for an upcoming show so if you have any please let me know. There is a major gap between 1965 and 1980.
    Thanks

  26. I had the honor of being apart of the build. I'm editing all the footage, and we're looking to make a 30 minute - 1 hour movie of it all. Here's my favorite shot I took of the frame!
