That came out GREAT! Can I ask how you did this?

It looks like you laid out the snap pattern and installed it, then stretched the material and held it in place with the make snaps to pattern the holes for the female snaps correctly. I've gotta make one for my AA pickup.

Exactly... Then you pull the skin off and actually sew a back layer underneath all the way around the perimeter where the snaps go. In the one picture you can see the white chalk line where I sew the back layer on underneath. After that back layer is sewn on, the excess material is trimmed off and then the edge binding is sewn on. Lastly the snaps are fastened to the cover

Tonneau cover for my friend Larry's coupe-ster. Tried to hide all signs that the cowl was from a coupe Screenshot_20201106-201814_Instagram.jpeg IMG_20201106_184511_109.jpeg IMG_20201106_184511_108.jpeg IMG_20201106_184511_110.jpeg 20201106_183420.jpeg

Some good work here. I’ve tried a few pieces, nothing special. I have an old Singer angle foot, was supposed to be a decent choice for a beginner. Heavy duty for that brand. Will have to find it and post the model.
