The 1956 Nebraska plates that were on my Buick when I bought it. Haven't looked for MO plates, yet.

I ended up with a matched pair of '63 California plates that came off a '63 Tbird I purchased here.
Sold the car kept the plates for wall hangers.
Also ended up with a set of '29 Washington plates that came with my '29 Roadster.
    Sold that car also! :)

  7. Here is the plate I have used for the last twenty seven years. The rear plate is real;the front one is painted to look real. Safari4-18-2016Pictures 002.jpg !955SafariLicensePlate2016.jpg 2016SafariStuff 005.jpg Safari2.JPG

YOM on my '55 Vicky - have no desire for a '49, though. Owned this car since Labor Day 1981 - coming up on my 40th anniversary with it in a few months.

YOM on my '63 hardtop from when I was living in Kansas. I celebrated my 40th year of ownership of this car on April Fool's Day 2021 - have owned since April Fool's Day 1981. Currently has YOM plates with '63 registration sticker, and I even have its original California black plate from when it was new in LA/Hollywood in 1963.

YOM on the back of my '63 hardtop with my home state/county. I really wanted to find '1963' for it but settled for '5963' since I also have a jones for a '59 T-bird convertible in the same color combo.

YOM on my '63 Sports Roadster. Came with YOM Kansas plates but I just couldn't pass up plates from my birth county AND my birth year. DMV wouldn't allow me to refinish the plate to clean it up or expose the 1963 registration sticker that's under the '64 version, but I'm OK with that.
