Unfortunately I don't have any insight into the cars, but here's the house that's listed on the photo. I presume that Andy lived here. It sure would look good with some period hot rods in the driveway.
Sure looks like Andy's Roadster. Maybe this is whom he bought it from? If I wasn't at work, I would look it up in his book.
I agree with @Cincinnati Slim. Air cleaners, rake, license plate placement, and the front bumper. It looks like a stock bumper with just one horizontal bar, kind of unique. About the only difference is that in the pictures (with Andy and the girl) it has pin striping added.
NOTE: In the summer of 1967, Andy @AndySS Southard Jr. traded his (cinnamon red lacquer) '29 Roadster (California license plate: CPP 431) for Neal East's (weathered black lacquer) Lee Titus '32 Roadster:
According to Andy’s book “Hot Rods and Customs of the 1960’s” He bought the roadster in 1961 and was black with a flathead. He installed the 327 and painted it metallic maroon lacquer along with the other upgrades. That isn’t Andy in the original picture, so the mystery continues Sent from my iPhone using H.A.M.B.
