Hot Rods Let's See Some Red Hot Rods

Some RED stuff I have painted.The 52 Chevy cabover and the 34 Ford, I did not paint the Willys but it's certainly a red hot rod.

 

At my brother's house the day before the 2019 Fathers Day Roadster Exhibition.

 

Not done just yet at paint shop now but its RED

 

One of my all time favorites

 

on page two is a picture of a red 1939 ford truck at timonium,md south east nats. I traded a go cart for a mess at 16 years old that is what ,with the help of my brother and wayne f ended up with.the picture looks good. thanks for that memory Bowie.i have a 40 sedan delivery i am working on .

 

hrdlrdr : when I was 14 in 1971, my dad and I bought a ratty ‘38 pickup for $45.00 at a Ford dealer that went out of business . I proceeded to blow up 7 flatheads in it between 1973 and about 1980. That’s my good ol dad , posing in front of your truck. From what I remember, it was a very sharp machine. What was your engine and driveline? I still have my mouldy’38, probably ought to stick flathead #8 in her... just to see how long l can make her last!
