If you are going to run a purchased spreader bar you will need to cut the boxing plates back a bit. The end at the front crossmember, and the front section of the frame is two layers. It will just make all the measurements weird the way you have it extended out to the very front of the frame. If you were closer I have a couple of frames you could look at.

At this point I would get your frame to the correct dimensions, then make and install your ex members Since you plan on channeling it I would build my own floor. Buy a sheet of 16 gauge cold rolled sheet metal ($100-150) and go to town. Here are pictures of the floor I made for my roadster. I raised it in the rear, built a shelf for my gas tank and built a tunnel for my drive shaft. ]
Here are pictures of the 33-34 sub rails. Since you plan on channeling your car , with your metal working experience you should be able to build your on. There is a guy here in Kansas that makes the sub rails his name is Steve at 620 241 7096 . You could use these as a start an add about 2" for your channel . These sell for about $400
If you havent already check out Matt Murray's youtube channel Iron Trap Garage. He just did a floor on a heavily channelled 32. Might be of some help.

I would recommend buying these subrails. once you get you frame assembled, lay the subrails on the frame and slide body over and fill the areas between the subrails and the body depending on the channel you want. The build the floor pans too tie everything together. I went this route on my 34, but I was taking the channel out of the car.
Subrail on right is passenger side. the long flange sits on top of the frame rail. The body sits on the small flange. if you are channeling the car, just cut the flange off and add material as needed. please excuse the chicken scratch
Here is a picture of the floor pan with the sub-rails installed. The body sits on the small flange at the bottom of the sub-rails. Apparently he is making the sub-rails with a 2 inch channel already built into them, 2 in channel rails are shown in this picture This is Jesse Coots, Old Soul Hotrods on IG picture with body on sub-rails
