I have a 49-53 flathead truck motor rebuilt stock. I was told I have to use a eleven inch clutch is this true?
An eleven inch clutch sounds about right if all you're going to be doing is pulling stumps. If you're using it in a light weight hot rod 9-1/2" is what you want.

I don’t see anywhere on my Profile information area I could add my location. I was recently harassed and I just got on board. I kinda want to avoid giving out my location for now. I don’t want trouble.
Welcome to the HAMB Sean66.It's odd ,were you harassed on here?Location is a good thing for receiving and giving help.
