I went to the Farm Park swap meet today and it was great, A lot of vendors and people for the first day of a first time event. It will be on Sat. also. $ 5.00 admission and free parking. Tractors circling the parking lot with trailers to take you to your car. What is better than a day like that. It is safe to say it was mostly automotive related, Plus I picked up these two shifters for $25.00.
it is a cool place, there are all kinds of old restored buildings, a store, a church etc. They have a steam engine that was running today that circles the property hauling passengers. There is usually a huge show at Charlotte motor speedway this weekend and it has been cancelled the last two years, I don't think it will ever happen again ( but I might be wrong ) so this guy put this on and he has a winner the way it looked to me. But this is an exceptional country setting that has been around a long time.
I should have gone but was busy doing honey do's. Maybe tomorrow, depending on the weather. Glad they had a good turnout. How much did he want for that 34 Tudor? Did it look pretty good?
