Folks Of Interest Calling on Houston HAMB members

Hey guys I’m creating this new thread with the hope that it catches your attention.

We’re looking for a Hamber who knows our fellow member tfeverfred personally off of the forum.

Someone willing to check in with him and see how he’s doing as we haven’t heard from him for some time and like the family that we are we’re concerned about him and miss him.

There’s another thread running on this however maybe the title of this one will get something going.

Didn't someone write a letter .. on the other thread ? Maybe coordinate with that individual, to cyber search that information. May find a phone number, or other contact info.

it just so happened i was thinking about him this morning and sent him a pm, was told on tbucketeer that he had a stroke, i hope not true. i'm from houston but live in alabama and still have t bucket buddies out there, i will contact them and see if i can stir something up. hell i know his real name and can't think of it at the moment.

 

I posted on the other thread, I don't know anyone who knows Fred personally, although I'm sure somebody on here does. He lived in Pasadena which is right outside of Houston. He is supposed to have ties with a club in Texas City no one I talked to knows anymore than what's been posted...

 

@pasadenahotrod is close and a t bucket man, i'll hit dean up and see if he knows anything.

 

He hasn't logged onto this board in 2 years.

 

Last time he was on appears to be September 14 , 2019.

I wanted to bump this to see if anyone has heard anything. Fred has been on my mind lately. It's not like him to go MIA.

Every time I see this thread I look in to see if we have any news on Fred.

Did anyone ever hear from Fred? We used to hang out at Jimmie's Ice House many years ago. I thought I had his number but I don't.

 

I never went to his house or even knew his last name. I haven't really hung out in Houston in about ten years, I live fifty miles away. I have a few feelers out to guys in Houston who I still have their phone numbers.

 

I just found that I had sent him a message a year and four days ago, no response.

He lost his sister in mid-2018, and was job-hunting as well. We convo-ed back and forth, but Aug. of 2018 was the last time I heard from him. I miss him beinging here.

 

This is turning into a real mystery. I didn’t think it would be able to stump all the resources of the HAMB but it sure seems to have done just that.

I know that life shifts in different directions at times but I miss Fred’s wit and presence here.

It would be good to know if he’s okay.

 

Gotta say, I miss him here as well, hope he's ok.

 

Sadly, Fred has passed away. I hate to bump this old thread with bad news, but Larry was able to determine Fred passed March 2020.
