Ok I've been looking for a long time for nice 1930 tudor sedan rear fenders and no luck. I found a really nice set of 1928 29 ones . It is stated the only difference is the cut out for the running boards splash apron? Is this actually the only difference? If so has anybody just cut that part out to fit and made them work ? Seems like an easy fix if that's the case.

@flatout51 may know. Pretty sure he’s putting 28/9 fenders on his 30/1 sedan

The tail has a slightly different arch I think, but as long as you have a pair it shouldn’t matter to a hot rodder.

I just put 28-29 fenders on my 30 tudor and they fit better on it than they did on my 28 tudor. I am running 28-29 splash aprons and front fenders. The only difference I see is like you said, if you run 30-31 splash aprons you'll need to modify the fender to fit but should be super simple! 20210325_141911.jpg 20210325_142046.jpg 20210325_141911.jpg 20210325_142046.jpg 20210325_141928.jpg

  9. I'm liking Flatout51's A a lot. Looks like it was a solid body to start with, flathead power, car looks like it could have been built in the late '40s/early '50s. Should be a fun car to drive.

I know there are early and late fender brackets, do the 28-29 and 30-31 use the same hole location on the outer bead?
