    Hello

I am building my Ford Hot Rod with the Finned Buick Drum kit from Speedwaymotors. (Bolt pattern 5x5.5") I am looking for Ideas which steel wheel will fit. Please let me know what kind of wheels will fit the finned buick drums. If you have pictures dimensions of the wheels I would really appreciate your help. I don't want to buy wheels that won't fit.
    Thanks for your Help

  2. 20191227_133245-1.jpg I have 15" X 5" Vintiques Series 64 wheels and stock 1940 16"wheels that clear the Boling Brothers Buick brake kit, the Speedway kit looks very similiar as both have the drum going in front of the 5 X5.5 hub..pic has the 15 X5 wheels..

Back in the day guys actually used the Buick wheels! They were also one of the widest wheels available at the time.

I run 15x5 early Ford pickup wheels. Late 50's early 60s. Drum fits well and just the taller part of the fin is exposed. I used Wilson Welding hubs tha mount inside the drum and everything lined up perfectly.
