Greetings from The Bay State. Does anyone know the differences/similarities between an early 50s Dodge 3/4 ton pickup chassis and the same year COE truck chassis? If I had the Dodge COE cab only, would I need a COE specific chassis to put it on or would a non COE Dodge chassis work?

I put my '50 Ford COE on a 1972 International Travelall frame,
torsion bar, power steering, power brakes. In 1976..

I understand what you are saying Verde and I agree with you. I am just trying to learn as much as I can before jumping in.

  4. There is/was a B series COE chassis for sale just a bit north of me on FB. Trucking it from Ohio to you would probably be cost prohibitive.... but those chassis are out there.
