Projects Should I buy a back up?

    They were Carter Webber 2 bbl carbs that originally came on Pintos if I remember correctly. Purchased the intake, carbs, headers and mini HEI distributor from Langdon's Stovebolts.

    Going through a situation right now. I got rid of all my old flathead starters because I have a relatively new USA made (supposedly) 12 volt starter and figured I didn't need a back up. Thanks to Murphy the starter took a sh#t. Looks like I'll have to order one so in the meantime my p/u is stuck in the shop not running. If you've got the room and cash, go for it.
     
  3. Yea a 426 would be nice. I personally prefer the wedge but a hemi would do in a pinch. :D :D :D
