We will be racing in Knoxville in September. Might make some car shows in between races.

  3. I wish!!! Only help around here is a cat from time to time, but they just lay here and lick their asses  getting better looking all the time man. I don't lock any car in jail here. As long as me and the owner have an agreement, that's what i follow. But the owners usually walk in and say "hey while you've got it here, how about.........", then they look at me funny when i raise the price. You add work, i add price. Simple :D 20210311_123237.jpg 20210311_123242.jpg 20210311_133621.jpg 20210311_133610.jpg 20210311_133628.jpg

You started on this March 1st, and it’s almost done today?! The majority of body shops in my tool route should hold their heads down in shame....
Looks great, even better in a wheelstand!

I Just need to keep it off the guardrails . This is 100 times better than I had hoped for when I was taking the layers of paint off that had been slapped on this old girl over the years.
I do know that there are going to be some referrals after this gets to the track.

Ah, “Lloyd’s paint &glass” would have looked better.

Then again I’d still be sanding on a fender;)

  14. Lol i know what you're saying! All ya gotta do is get off your ass and get it done!!! I push a bunch of old cars through my little shop. Plus i work a full time job at the firehouse. When i feel like i wanna be lazy, i always pull the impartiality check, if my car was at somebody's shop, would i want them to be working on it? So I'm not lazy, tired maybe, not lazy ;)

  15. Looks good!

All I can say is, WOW! You knocked that out fast and it really looks like a period race car. Awesome.

Rumor has it that it's NOT EVEN his real name...but that he's the "front man" for an international cartel of Elvis Collector Plate dealers.

It has that just right home built 60/70’s look. Very well done. If it runs as well as it looks it’s a winner for sure! Will be watching from afar. Go get ‘em!
