I have a set of adapters which allow you to put standard Early Ford Hub caps on Caddy Wire Wheels. I believe these will also work on Buick wire wheels , I purchased these over 40 Years ago and they are still in the original package. NEVER USED. They were made buy AL's Antique Parts in New Castle CA (See Label) $75 + the ride which will be $15 in a priority box. I do not know if they even make these any more Tom
