Any time you can make 2 parties happy and it doesn’t cost you anything, you should take the opportunity. And some days no good deed goes unpunished. Keep it up and you can make a life out of it.

I read that "Hot Rod" book back when I was in 5th grade. That is why Danny is such an ASSET, he knows a good book when he sees one. Quote below about the main character in the book :
Bud Crayne was the typical tough guy with a chip on his shoulder. Dressed in a black leather jacket, black boots, and blue jeans, he was not the clean cut kid. Adults cursed him, while teens admired him. He drove fast and wild. His idea was to "drive your way out" of any trouble.

With the spare time to post a gazillion times a year can only mean that Brenda is not keeping the Honey do list up to date. She is such a Slacker! lol Never met them in person , but I don't think you can meet better people than them. And can you believe it , Beaner got somebody to marry him! Talk about a girl loving ugly puppies! Oh well, I found one so I guess he could too! lol Larry

I'm guessing Mr primer did poorly in school, as his mind seems to wander around and pick new topics for us to chatter about constantly ! keep up the good work HRP.

 

Anyone who can stay married as many years as HRP and Brenda have has to be admired. He has built some nice cars, has shown how he overcame some of the issues in doing so and that helps the rest of us, even if we are not doing the same car. He admits that painting is not his forte, so what? He has made shiny cars happen, he has driven primered cars, he built what he liked, could afford or what got him on the road.

 

Way to go Danny.
