Technical Banjo for Beginners

    I made this video for my build thread but thought I would share here too. If someone is trying learn about banjos rear ends it would be hard to find in my build thread. If your a Banjo expert this video is probably not for you. I do talk about a welded bung they use to add to one of the bells with a bolt with brass on the end to help support the ring gear.. I had never heard of that before..... I thought it was some cool history to share.

    '32-'34 had Pinion support bearing. Never use that style hub puller. Can bend flange. R 32ring.jpg hub_puller_prod_but.jpg on

    The title of the thread confused me a little at the start,,,,,,I thought it was gonna be about that little boy on the front porch in the movie Deliverance ,,,,,LoL
    Nothing like a good Banjo picking to make you perk up .
