Bill Hines did some fabulous work, that must have been done during his "formative years".

 

ChopperWerkz, the car under the cover is a 49 or 50 Ford 4 door. Pretty nice calender on the wall too. Also the guy liked Old Spice. That place could use a little love. Current picture looks like it got it too.
