Here are both of my 1940 Mercury's I currently have and turned into traditional kustoms within the last 2 years. Both started out completely stock and both currently run hopped up flathead drive trains.

 

Very nice! I love the convertible . . . wish my 40 Merc was one. LOL

Here is my 40 merc! Loving it. Chopped by the Menges Twins. Couldn't be happier with the chop!
