I found this pic on the internet some time ago, I think it was scanned from the rear cover of a magazine. It has spurred my imagination for a while, and am curious if anyone recognizes it and may know more about it.
    Thanks!

Yes, it is the rear cover from the winter Rod & Custom 1971 Street Rod Quarterly. Photo was taken exactly 50 years ago. The front cover had the Bud Bryan roadster in the foreground, the Neikamp roadster owned by Jim Jacobs, the old Dick Kraft Highland Plating Special red T roadster, and the Doane Spencer 32 roadster with the orange wheels when Neal East owned the car.

The 32 roadster on the rear cover was featured in another issue of Rod & Custom around the same time period. I would have to look through the old issues of Rod & Custom to find it. I would think that the girl standing beside the roadster would look a whole lot different today than she does back then in the photo.

I went down into the basement to check out the old R&C's, and to my surprise, I had that issue! Oct. '70, there's a chopped deuce tudor on the cover.
Haven't read them for a couple of decades, so I got stuck down there for a while. I wish my memory would serve me better though, haha. Thanks for the tip, quickchangeV8!

    I'm really digging the car!
