I have a 1941 Ford businessman's coupe in need of a complete floor, roll pan and fender wells, which seems a common issue in my part of the world. Have a few later 4-door (47-48) floor donors available nearby for cheap, but will my coupe body fit later body? Figure I can cut roof pillars and use complete firewall back to roll pan as 4 door and coupe share same doors, but will rear fender wells line up?

I believe the later models along w/the club coupe ( long door coupe) have larger dimensions.. length wise. width may not be a problem you might need to weld it in in sections .

The 1941 Ford was a one year only car. The floor was changed in 1942 and is one inch lower then the '41 floor. There were dozens of changes and differences from '41 to '42 and up, but since you are probably building a street rod none would matter to you. You could probably use the later floor but it will take a considerable amount of work.
