Mostly stock, but these cars are pretty hard to improve on if you ask me. Lowering and paint maybe.

This '64 was my daily for years. Nothing special, nor my favorite year but got it cheap and it was original down to paint and interior. Parted with it when it started having pesky electrical problems and the interior was wearing out but it always ran great and never let me down. Tbird1.jpg

  7. That reminds me of serious head pain. I tried it one time, that was enough.
In Canada, there were two other equivalents in the west, Zip, and Zing. Both seemed to be a matter of the distiller just bottling the heads of the distilling process. They were awful products, but when a person didn't have any money.....

    THUNDERBIRDS ROCK!!!
I have wanted a 55 for a long time. One day I will have one. Black with red interior. Some chrome reversed wheels with spider caps.
I'm thinking an FE motor with 4spd. That would be the shit.
    And a black soft top.

In my high school in 1960-62,I drove my hot rod powered by1957 Y-block V8 Thunderbird, and I dated a cute girl that owned a white 57 Bird her Daddy gave her,had pink seats too.
Back some years ago 1973,American Graffiti movie came out, loved it,I all most fell out of my chair when the AG screen shot of a white 57 Bird with a cute girl that looked exactly like Carline Bean in every way !!WOW
