    Awesome land YACHT

  5. By any chance did you get that in a email extolled the 'beauty' of connie kits?

Never cared for these, especially the ones that extend the whole bumper. Looks like they're trying to add a porch on the back....

  6. That car could be a beauty, just spend a week removing the ugly, the old say, " Less is more" holds true in this case, HRP

  7. I hope it has leopard skin interior.

  8. You could morph it into a '59 Chevy and it would smaller, sorry to '59 Chevy guys, it would still be lacking in "beauty".

Is that car the poster child from JC Whitney’s? Maybe some yellow lensed backup lights to keep the cooties off the back porch.

You guys remind me of my ex-wife... I'd drive the hell out of that. My cool factor would go up 1000%, and I'd start smoking again, just so my profile going down the street would include a cigarette hanging jauntily from my mouth at a 45 degree angle.

Or this post could be because I'm recovering from major surgery today, and I've still got the Michael Jackson death drug flowing through my veins.

But I'd still drive the shit out of that.

    It's you!

So that's the factory Continental kit? Wow. When you parallel park you clear off the sidewalk!

That's funny I never like the dinky ones some use. If you're going to have a continental kit it needs to be full width not a little stuck on afterthought. For all the traditional thinking here there sure are a lot of people who must not have seen many of the customs of the 50's and early 60's with continental kits and some with the rear fenders extended as far back as the rear of the connie kit. Here's an example of a very nice Lincoln it belongs to a Hamber Kustomlincolnlady and her husband

I have to leave the garage door open and add an awning to cover it. Like the color!

I have to say, I like the way the Continental kit finishes up the body lines. But I hate the Continental kit. So now, thank you Ray, I'm terribly conflicted.
