Hot Rods Dwight bond t-5 adapter contact info?

Want to purchase a t-5 to hogsheads adapter from Dwight bond. Does anyone have current contact info? Does he even sell them anymore? Anyone else make a decent one?

It's been at least five years since I bought mine from him. it is one fine piece though.
Here are a couple of photos I took when I got it.


The last shot is his clutch cross shaft extension for Model A if you are running stock pedals. Plus the pilot busing he makes.

I'm not sure on that, he is 75 = a year older than me and he was wanting to slow down on stuff five years ago.
