Very COOL and accomplished Talbot Spoggie! Bet it would be a handful! Your drawing depicts the rawness of the design; streamlined, lots of power to weight, iffy brakes, short wheel base, open wheels... equates to seat of the pants driving! My kind of FUN!
Bet it was a blast to see and hear as Vern gave her some exercise!
Here's a similarly unique type of race car, and one of my favorites for the very same reasons listed above.

thanks to al you HAMB faithful, who participate in and, especially, support the FAS with your “likes” and comments. It is a joy, an honor and a privilege to share my work with this community. No matter how hard the shit hits the fan in the next several weeks, remember the comradely and things we share in common. Love of hot rods, fast cars,family and, hopefully, God and country! also, I’m changing my user name. My kids don’t like the way Jigger flows or sounds so I’m gonna use an Indian family nickname I used to hate but ave grow to love, Sparky! In some way or other...
