  21. You're right, I wasn't paying close attention, but the kid DID add that windshield to a 30-31 deluxe phaeton :D

    I like the car, but I like the jackets even better! :) And you have to be really brave to work on a car wearing white pants and a robin's egg blue jacket.

    I grew up in the Westchester suburb of L.A. and this roadster was legendary in our neighborhood. It appeared in Hot Rod back then so he became an instant celebrity to local hot rodders. John Rasmussen lived just around the corner from my parent's house but I never saw that roadster in person. Either he sold it or he moved out of his parents house by the time I was old enough to ride around the block by myself. I always wondered how a young guy could have such a nice car. Here's why......

    I couldn't get within 5 feet and not have grease on both to go along with the grass stain on my knees.....................
