I've seen a couple Woodies with hemi's in them, but this takes it one step further.

 

It is not uncommon to find ‘things’ embedded in trees.....but this...THIS IS INCREDIBLE!

That's what you call a tree hugging Hemi.

 

I read a story somewhere like Hagerty or Hemmings or something like that that somebody cut the tree down and got the Hemi out and actually rebuilt it and is in a car. That was years ago so who knows if it's true or not

 

Let's see...a kid pulls a hemi out of a car with a chain-fall hung from a tree limb. His mom calls him in for dinner and he forgets about the engine hanging there...for 30 years...

 

There was a song...

"O, the Hemi tree, the Hemi tree...
Everyone wants to bay from thee..."

 

I have the perfect car for that hemi, the tree grow between the rear end and spring.and it’s a early 60s mopar

 

maybe he's waiting for the tree to lift it high enough to drop it into something.
