    Hello,

From one of the local So Cal automobile museums, comes a silver 33 Willys Coupe. It is located in the Willys row of the Automobilia wing of the Price Transfer Complex. Currently, it houses the most Willys coupes, sedans, trucks, sedan deliveries, panel trucks, and a rare station wagon woody found, anywhere. This silver 33 coupe was one of many in the aisle that has both sides full of all kinds of Willys automobiles and other vehicles.

When the whole complex is open to the public, after the pandemic is over, this row will supplement your need to see another Willys again. Customs, hot rods, restored originals, and of course, drag racing versions. It is under one roof and as a matter of fact, in its own wing.

We were lucky enough to have two events in 2017 and 2019 that showcased this fabulous museum in So Cal. It is “A Cool Roadside Attraction” for sure. The pretty authentic Lion’s Dragstrip Museum was attached to the last door from this long Willys wing section. “One thing leads to another…”

In 2017, a nice, silver colored Ford sedan was in an outdoor display row of hot rods. The look was all So Cal, with the requisite stance and rake.

Correct me if I'm wrong but is not 'Silver' the racing color of Germany? Hence silver Porsche's, et al? And, as I also remember England has 'Racing Green', the color of many of the MG's that made their way over to this side of the pond?

Correct, from the days of racing before corporate sponsorship arrived.
Originally, Germany was White in the 1920's, but went over to silver in the 1930's.
The UK was green, Italy red, France blue and USA was white with blue stripes, and then went to blue with white stripes.
