Projects Stuck Distributor Help

I have a Cadillac 390. Distributor and engine is stuck. Been applying penetration oil to the distributor. Won't turn or pull up. Anything else I should try? Tried tapping on it and using a wrench to try turning the body.

 

The only thing I can suggest is heat from a torch

 

Keep spraying the base and working the housing back and fourth with a good pipe wrench. It should be iron so its pretty strong..

If your going to rebuild that engine, then wait till you get the oil pan and crank out.. It should come out with a long pipe and a couple wacks with the hammer from the inside of the block..
