No.. single engine. As I remember the centrifugal clutch had a 3000 stall. We always started it with the rear bumper on a block of wood with the tires not touching the ground.

Photo shows Jimmy Miller, Louie Foy, Dick Ferguson and Gib Lilly , rounding the steep banked curve of the Atlantic Stadium Speedway in Los Angeles . The famous track has recently been rebanked and widened so that four cars as shown in photo, can easily go into the turns . This is one of the fastest fifth-mile banked paved tracks in the country . Races under United Midget Association are run here every week. The stands are usually filled to capacity which is about 7,000 !
