I’ve always had a soft spot for Bud Bryan’s.

    ...well this is easy !!

Bart Root Roadster in little pages "Ford Flathead V8" (small 600).jpg

My fav is most definitely The Bart Root Roadster. I won't go on and on about it... I'm sure ya'll out there know so much more than I, and will chime in.
I will say that a billion years ago when I tried The Insta( until I quit the madness ), I posted a pic of "Hell'on Wheels" feat. one of the many awesome Root pics that I have collected of Bart's wife driving a course and most obviosly a play on Sir Paul's tune... this moment exceeded my "LIKES" expectations.

Wow... a short story from the wordy dork... weird ?!?

Don't know who's this is, but if a Model A roadster looks something like this, it's gotta be one of my favorites. Clean and simple. And I've always loved the split-V swept-back Hallock-style windshields.
    Man... I'd be like...

There is no equal. That is "the" AV-8. Ol' Blue is a distant second ( no offense Mike), but Bud's will always be the top of the heap for me.

The AV8 has a soft spot with me, I am partial to this one because I had part in building it but the opening article of the thread is top notch.

    "A-V8" is typically a Model A roadster with a flathead V-8.

    LOL... easy mistake to make.

JB is asking for your favorite Model A. Flathead V8 powered. Typically, a roadster. Most likely, on a Model A frame.
    Referred to as an "A-V8"

Not your favorite... "a V8" engine. You passed that thread about a hundred miles back. And you can't get there from here. No gas stations.
    Good luck. LOL

    Okay...

I digress, as I realized I did rattle on by way of photographically featuring an off-topic "All-Time Favourite A-V8"... completely forgetting the continued argument of '32 frame V-8 v. '28-'31 frame V-8.

So... (while I take a break from sew) Here is my correct favourite all-time A-V8 !!

Patrick Pryor '28 Ford Roadster @pat_pryor .jpg

On a Model A frame with an early flattie and the best windscreen ever. And it is, perhaps, a lot more reflective of WHO DID( as history was just yesterday and lasts forever) AND IN THE NOW build a perfect traditional and ageless killer Hot Rod ...an A-V8 Hot Rod !

Pat Pryor ....your awesome, no matter what The Tim Sutton Gang says about ya  on your axle bell. ha ha ha

(and a side note... THANKS to all who have Birthday wished me as I double-nickeled today !! sooooo many to thank back, as it was a warm fuzzy way S2 start my December 11th B-Day) :)
