    Man, that looks good! I remember seeing those original "spaghetti" looking shifters on the shelf because the where all replaced with Hurst shifters. Those where the days.

    Just beautiful, and a dynamite color! You’re not helping with my jones for a ‘60 Chevy. Really prefer the somewhat simpler rear quarter trim on the Bel Air model.

    PS. The ‘59 is no slouch either - learned to drive on one.

    2 Questions.Where did you get the air cleaner, And the vacuum pull on front, for the 3 x 2 secondary carbs? Not familiar with that piece. Great job!!

    My Dad bought a 60 Impala, ordered it brand new, 348 CI White with red interior. Great ride. Miss those days.

    Well i had to pull the 348 engine out do to a rear main oil leak:(:( so i decided to put the trips on the Alky 409 engine and put a 409 crank and rods in this 348 and make a 381 CI
