I think this could be the Corvette that was entombed in the back room of a grocery for around 50 years. A brick room was built around it and there was one light bulb hanging over it so it could be viewed through a 12x12 window.

The deal of the day, though in 1967, no way Could I buy a $3800 hobby car or insure it. I looked at the 2021 corvette, 67K, still can't/won't buy a hobby car that expensive, life has come full circle for me, but some things have stayed the same. LOL
