You can't, the only person that can do that is Ryan, You can ask him if he will change your username in a conversation. HRP Click here:
Years ago I signed on here as Fortyfordguy. The ‘40 was my first flathead Ford. However I sold the car not long after joining the HAMB and eventually decided that it made more sense to go with a version of my name, thus the setting up the new user name I presently use. I lost the large post count but that didn’t matter to me.
When I first joined up I didn't know how to operate a computer but liked this site when I did a simple hot rod search, anyhow I had the ex girlfriend set my profile up. When she ask about a name I had no idea, she suggested one big block 41 truck or something to the sort. She punches it in and it turned out to be Lbb41tk or something, not what I thought I was getting...lol I used it awhile but hated it and in the meantime I had signed up for ebay using my current name because the regular spelling was taken. Anyhow I had sent Ryan a message asking to change, took some convincing but he did do it, that was a long time ago, I'm not sure if he would be as accommodating in today's day and age.
It used to be common but Ryan shut that down years ago. Pretty sure that’s a no go now. Unfortunate because I’d love to change mine too. I was 23 years old when I joined the HAMB. Now I’m 42. A lot can change in that time.
Hotrodprimer was a no brainer for me, due to a joke about my primered Model A pickup. Boones started calling me HRP and that stuck also, but I would never think about changing me handle. HRP

I’m glad I picked what I did when I joined. Most know who I am anyway. I’ve come to know quite a few on the HAMB and glad I’ve met them here as so many of us have this “common interest”. I have other places on the net where I use the same name but means nothing to the others using it and I don’t really care it just makes it easier for an old guy...
Mine is my very first e-mail account that I set up in the late 80's. Was running OT cars on the drag strip and road courses so the name for my racing venture identified with the cars. I still have my OT very first dragcarthat garnered the name although it has not ran competitively in NHRA since the mid 90's.
My handle is obvious but this is not about that. This is about asking Swade41 if lady in his Avatar was the one who set up his profile? Just wondering, so don't worry if it is, I'm no danger at my advanced years LOL.
Although she was a petite blond with big boobs, that's not her, the one in my avatar is a rather famous actress, that you in your advanced age should know of...lol
Mines simple as my last name is Otto. I like the play on the word "autoparts" to "ottoparts". Sent from my SM-G950U using The H.A.M.B. mobile app
My last avatar got removed, said it was pornographic, I'd like to keep this one awhile, so ixney on the large screen version if you know what I mean....shhhhh
