  5. Dang...bought many a part from him. Always just a regular guy to chat with at the swap meets. Thanks for all you've done for the hobby !

  6. I have been doing business with Dennis for many years but he was one of the first guys to see where the reproduction industry had over looked the 52-54 Fords and he set out to rectify the over site.

Had it not been for Dennis Carpenter our '54 Ranch Wagon would still be unfinished, I could write a short story on all the parts I got from Carpenters, from reproduction emblems to specialty rubber. HRP

Like many of you I also have Carpenter parts in my rod. I currently have several items in my cart on their website. Whenever I need a reproduction part I always check with them first. I never bought anything from them that I was disappointed with.

I'm sure it's my loss that I never got to meet Dennis in person.

Thank you Dennis for everything you did for the old car world. My condolences to your family.

As a kid, I was in a rush to grow up quickly so that I could get an old car to hot rod before they were all crushed. With guys like Dennis Carpenter around, things weren't as critical as I thought.

Sad news. I met him once at the Back to the 50s show, he was a nice man. I was surprised to find out he grew up one town over from me.
