Technical installing rear seats in 54 chevy.

    This may help or not. This is what my rear seats look like. The top goes in first. It has two tabs that get bent over at the bottom. They are along the bottom of wheelwell. The bottom goes in and snaps into the two holes in floorboard. You may have to push back and down hard, but they will go in place. hope this helps.     Forgot to mention, remove the arm rests. Bottom won't fit unless you do.

    Thanks , yes I know how the bottoms snap into the floor pockets . Gonna figure something out , not sure if taking the time to modify these seats to fit will be worth it . Gonna think it through , set them in , measure many Xs . I scrapped bottom frame , too far gone . Great ideas though . The pictures of the seats you have are what I need . You see that drive shaft tunnel , mine are very shallow with No cut out .
