Ha, lol. I didnt even know this mag existed. My wife actually bought me a subscription and i just got my 1st 1 just the other day. My 1st response was, "When da hell am i going to have the fucking time to read this?" It seems to be more like a book than a mag. Ive only started into it but digging it. Then go figure, theres a thread on it here. Surprised again. Well it must be good if theres that much input on it on here. Sometimes the stars aline right in front of your face. Go figure. Ha

    A FWIW four-fer:

I don't get obsessed over when I get an issue. Like a quality build It's done when it's done getting put together and it takes several sessions to study all the fine details anyway.

For those that do keep track, my issue #84 showed up at the local PO yesterday.

I've been known to remind some of those in local Post Offices what the last word in the name on their door is......

USPS is always spouting off about funding issues, maybe they should read the HAMB threads on TRJ deliveries to get a no cost to them report on the effectiveness of their system ............ :)

I find my local postal service folks to be uniformly friendly and my rural route carrier to be very efficient. They have tough jobs and that's leaving politics out of it. Considering the US Postal Service handles close to 200 million pieces of mail a day all over the country, one might expect some disparity in delivery from a single sender. Even at 99.999% efficiency, that means 20,000 pieces a day get screwed up. I bitch about it,too, but probably ought to give them some slack.

Had a piece of mail from the state government that showed up in "Informed Delivery" but never appeared in my mail box. That was interesting, but easily resolved, fortunately.

Not sure what is more frustrating, awaiting the presidential results or my copy showing up. Which will
    be first?

Mine finally showed up yesterday, and the mailman was nice enough to put it inside the screen door to keep it dry and not folded to fit in mailbox/

I'm guessing TRJ delivers it to a distribution center and it goes downhill from there. Under normal conditions, it would probably be unevenly distributed, under current conditions, I'm just glad when it comes. In the future, I'd suggest we all not read any threads like these and then we won't be disappointed if we didn't get our copy first.

Let's also be thankful that very stressed mail personnel will still be courteous enough to hand deliver our copies.
