Technical Oil/Fuel in a 49-53 Flathead

Have a 8BA flathead and also 59AB, I was taken apart and (I am new to this) seems fuel use the same flange as the oil pump. Can someone square me away on that. Thanks in advance

 

Not sure what you’re looking at but fuel pump bolts to top of intake and oil pump is up inside of engine. Both towards back but don’t share anything to mount to. Maybe show some pictures of what you are looking at.
