Is a 36 Plymouth grill an easy swap onto a 37? Can just the grill and shell be swapped? I am buying what is titled as a 36 but the grill looks like a 37 to me. I know sometimes things got complicated back then with titles. I like the 36 best, so if possible I'd like to trade them out. 01111_dbmBsH6wNZF_0CI0t2_1200x900.jpg

The grills are different between 36' & 37' as are the grill shells and hoods. I'm unsure if there are fender or hood side differences. You are correct that the car in the picture has a 37' front end although the title says 36''. Often left-over parts were used into the next model year. Sometimes, the new model didn't come out to mid-year so there would be series I and series II for a given year, each (often) had differences in sheet metal.

The body is a 37, notice the bottom corners of the windshield frame are rounded, on a 36 they have a sharp angle. The attached photo is a 36. IMG_6641.jpg
