I think you need to do the math again.
He bought it when he was 13 in 1991, makes him born in 1978.
    2020-1978 = 42 years old.
He has owned the car 30 of those 42 years. That puts it pretty close to 3/4 of his life in my book.

The best I can do is my 48 Plymouth, and I've only had it on the road for 10 years. The sad thing is, we have had my wife's OT car for 16 years. For several years I got bored with the hot rods after 3-4 years and built the next great hot rod. Before the 48, the next longest run was 7 years. I started building my 35 Dodge sedan in 1990 (licensed in 1995, sold in 2002), but there has been several that have come and gone since then. Gene

The ‘36 Plymouth has been with me for 57 years. Dad and I bought it from the original owner in my home town in Iowa in 1963. He was a Norwegian farmer, a WW1 vet and a good friend. Many cars have come and gone but I’ve kept the Plymouth. Will ”rehome”with one of my sons some day.
