what really sucks about the age thing is a lot of stuff becomes not important.....EXCEPT it is/was our wedding day today.
heat is on, but still cold in the house.

That fricken bike almost killed me. One week into retirement a little foo foo dog ran out and over the bars I went.....damn disc breaks

 

I'm 80 today. I still do what I want to do, although a little slower. I am not as strong as I used to be, but so what, I am still here.

 

Just hit 81 on Thursday. Starting a 51 ford F-1 project Tom

77 and feeling it. One little dog and some old cars keeps me going. slowly....

 

Turned 69 in September. Did an axle swap lately on my '49 Chevy truck where I cleaned out that axle tube with a gas-soaked rag and rodded it like it was a rifle barrel. Tough, lovely work.

 

77 and still working on a one man modified !! It's a privlege and a BLESSING

 

76 - Can't do what I used to do all nite and can't remember what that was. Was born the day that an attempt was made on Hilter's life in a bunker, and turned 25 on the day that we landed the first man on the moon.

 

I remember that moon landing oh so well....

 

Great to read all the posts, still want to show one of my cars. Turned 78 this year, working on sharing all my
Hurst background. This Hamb, keeps me and others alive, thanks Rayan.

just turned 74 and starting a new project

 

Only 72, still driving my old beater...daily.

 

Will be posting on utube in 3-4 wk,s ( The Time Travelers and there Machines) A lot of not too good video of 1955 World series of Drag Racing, old Terre Haute In. strip 1961-1965 and Chandler In .All video 1955 to 1980,s. Some good and some not so good but we got it.There are some very good teams of the future on there. Spears and Hamalton, Papy Greenfield, Yeiser and Basham and more. Check it out in 3-4 wk,s.

 

This post just popped up and it couldn't have come at a better time. At 73 I list a lot of books on "That Auction Site" sold one and it didn't show up on the first search of the shelves. There is a set time that you have to mail things and I had till Wednesday to find and mail it. Today was an organized search of all the boxes of books and what not in the garage. Found some misplaced treasures, and other things that need a new home, but the misplaced book was nowhere to be found. Next step was to send an apology to the buyer and offer a full refund. Logged on to find a new feedback, a glowing report on what a fine book I had shipped so quickly. All that garage time today has made for a neater place, but I wonder if I'm slowly loosing it. Bob
