There's a really nifty drag strip near by. I think they have some sort of HAMB event there once in a while.

    I live near.

I do not go to bars as all my money is spent on hot rods.

There are regular cruise nights just about everywhere around this area but this is an odd month with 5 weekends and you will be here on the odd weekend. If I think of something for you to do, I will post.

Here, I fixed this for you: I'm going to the Hamb drags, not really interrested in a wedding. Or, I've got to go to a wedding, instead of the drags, I'm bummed out, know were I can get drunk?

  9. I was close to getting a job offer one time in Joplin. They were telling me it was a pretty cool place to live. Sort of an Austin, TX type place. True?

  10. Yeah, you bet! Except for the music, food, university, and heat. Bonnie and Clyde were in Joplin at one point though.

I'd be interested in hearing just who the fuck told you that? Haha. You mind giving the business name?

I grew up in Joplin. It isn't all bad, but as a kid you have to get really creative to keep from getting bored. Skateboarding pretty much saved me.

  12. okay, I'm a dumbass. I just realized it wasn't Joplin, it was Jackson. Duh.

No, I live in Rogers. You must be closer to Bella Vista? Just thought I'd say Hi to another NWA guy.

Actually I live in East Rogers, not quite as rough as East LA or East St. Louis but not in the heart of all the new stuff going on, you know what I mean... Well there I go again, I really don't live in town, the county only a half mile or so from town... You might have seen me driving the 32 around town from time to time... Nice to meet a local on here...

We will all have to have our own little meet and greet at the Drags.

Did not make it to the KKOA event this weekend, too much work to do!! :(

That would be cool, I am still not sure where I am going to be that weekend, as it seems to be the same weekend as the Springfield Swap Meet...
