Wheeling WV World of Wheels Jacket

might be from the first WoW car show held in Wheeling. place i got it had other posters from the first Wheeling WoW show. was in a plastic wrap, hanging on a hanger. I'll call it NOS or Vintage. Legend has it Louis Wetzel wore this. + shipping to the lower 48. thanks, mike roman (the junkyard pirate)
