I believe the "Stud" was from Canada, hence the toboggan instead of a surf board. Kinda clever actually. Mick
It also appears to have had an intake change between the two photos. Looks like a single carburetor in the photograph of the rear of the car.

Very cool car overall. One of the intriquing details is the headliner. Can't tell if it's formed sheetmetal or some sort of satin material, but pretty cool either way.

Yep, the toboggan on the roof is a stroke of genius! Judging by what I can see of the license plate I'm about 94.7% sure the car in the photo is (or was at one time) from Minnesota. Here's an image of a 1960 Mn license plate: The letter/number sequence/layout matches I think. Based on that I did pass some info along to Joey that may help him track down more info if he's so inclined. I'm sure if he does come up with something we'll see it here. I agree, Joey does a great job with his posts. Very cool reading!
If you are far from the ocean, a toboggan or wooden skis on the roof is a million times cooler than an orphaned surfboard.
