What good reason is there? To ugly up a nice truck?

Sorry, but I go to a lot of car events in SoCal since I was a kid in the 50's and I only see skirts like that on lowriders and transplanted Easterners.

  14. 1957 Ford Retractable Hardtop. You can tell by the very high trunkline and the extra long overhang on rear body. Changing rear tire was pretty exciting with all that overhang. By the time rear wheel was off the ground you were at very top of the Jack.

1 more car I promise, Rex Winter

Ok. I didn’t say where they come from only seeing skirts on pickups like what was on the trucks in question. Apparently that person has not seem them. A few miles from is a spotty primered 53 Ford pick up with them. I’ve seen it for at least 25 years..

Back then we just called it skinny. That was back before everything was a disease or a disorder

Just pulling the chain of people who think they know what everyone should like is a good enough reason.
