As you might have suspected attendance of participants and spectators was much lower this year as were vendors and swap meet sellers. However the number and quality of HAMB friendly cars seemed to be on the rise. Here are a few from Friday morning, I left the grounds about 1:30 PM but will return Sat. morning and hopefully see more cars.
If you catch up with the owner of that "well-traveled" Orange '39 Chevy Sedan tomorrow tell him Hi and safe travels from me. His name is Joe and he has driven that Sedan across country and back to Maryland more than once. He's a good guy and a life-long hot-rodder.
