  9. It's tough to beat a '26/'27 roadster pickup. When did hairpins start showing up on cars? This has to be one of the earliest examples I've seen. Thanks for sharing.
     
  10. Whenever I see the Collins T RPU I think that is how I should build mine but then I wouldn't want to sell it.

  11. Prewar, mostly on midgets and Indy cars. There were some Prewar roadsters & modifieds run at the lakes using hairpins, most were made from model T wishbones.
