Hot Rods Allen Distributor Machine (1415 HD) Bulbs

I have a good friend who has an Allen Distributor Machine (1415 HD Model) who is looking for 2 replacement strobe bulbs for his unit. He has been told that the bulbs are neon and approximately ¼” x 2” in size. Does anyone know what bulbs go in the unit or know of someone who has knowledge that he can call? Any information would be much appreciated.

My friend doesn't have the original bulbs so their is nothing to match.

The manual shows the part number as--- neon tube 1184.
