    I think that's a Willys Tornado OHC 6 cylinder.

This thread's 10 years old, and still breathing. Great to see.
Still have the "Brick" as well, first posted (#78) here in '12 as a mid engine job.

She's gone through some changes since then. Here she is today ......

Sweet HAMBster build. And a pleasant bit of Deja Vu for me.
Here's a pic of my longest standing, and favorite, competition locally. We've been lining up together at local strips for over a decade now.

As you can see from my Avatar, I run a real 32 Bantam coupe powered by a 261 Chev inline. It sports a variety of carb setups, Rochester, Carter/Weber and Stromberg. It has a TH350 with a 2800 stall and a 9". I first started building the car in 1963 and have attempted to keep it as close to original as possible. We run nostalgia class and are potentially J/Aa.

Why the "extra" A in that class? J/AA. I usually I see double AA in front never saw it in the rear.

The current J/AA class is for a J/Altered power-to-weight break running an Automatic trans. Perhaps it was the same when that pic was taken?

My buds just switched from J/AA to J/A employing a 5-speed Liberty clutchless.
